Finneway is a company with highly experienced multilingual personnel that offers personalized services across the globe.
About Our Founder
Cosmin Badea has held senior executive roles at leading global companies, where he successfully managed multi-billion-dollar supply chains, negotiated strategic partnerships across Asia, EMEA, Latin America, and North Africa, and launched and scaled manufacturing sites worldwide.

He built his expertise at renowned EMS companies such as Solectron, Flex, and Elcoteq—starting as a Quality Engineer and steadily advancing through positions in Manufacturing Engineering, Program Management, Operations Management, Strategic Procurement, and Factory General Management.
Recognized for his strong results and customer-focused approach, Cosmin transitioned to the client side by joining Gemalto’s Digital Security R&D Center in Berlin, Germany.
There, he played a key role in shaping the company’s global manufacturing footprint—an impact that continued as the business evolved under Thales and later Telit-Cinterion.
